These terms govern the use of Bia Books, a service of Potential Marketing LLC ("we"), by businesses ("Clients").

The service

Bia answers messages sent to the Pages, accounts and numbers a Client connects, using the business information the Client provides, and can book appointments on the Client's calendar. Bia may hand a conversation to the Client when it can't or shouldn't answer.

Client responsibilities

• Connect only Pages, accounts and numbers you are authorized to manage.
• Keep your business information (services, prices, service area, hours) accurate. Bia answers from it.
• Use Bia in line with applicable law and with the terms of Meta and other platforms you connect.
• Review conversations handed to you and respond to your customers in a timely manner.

AI-generated replies

Replies are generated automatically. We design Bia to answer only from your information and to ask you when it doesn't know, but automated replies can contain mistakes. You remain responsible for the services, prices and commitments you offer your customers.

Data

You own your business data and your customers' conversations. We process them to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Bia available but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be communicated to Clients.

Ending the service

You can disconnect your Pages and numbers and stop using Bia at any time. Your data is then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
