Data deletion

If you messaged a business that uses Bia

Email privacy@biabooks.com with the subject "Delete my data" and tell us:

• the name of the business (or its Facebook Page / Instagram account / phone number) you messaged, and
• the name or phone number you used, so we can find your conversation.

We confirm the request and delete your conversation and the information in it within 30 days, and let you know when it's done.

If you are a business using Bia

Remove the Bia app from your Facebook Page (Page settings → Business integrations) or disconnect your number, and email us to close your account. We delete your account data, connected-channel credentials and conversations within 30 days.

Removing Bia from your Facebook settings stops new data from reaching us. To delete data already stored, send the email above.
